There is another option, when the workload gets to be too much. Outsourcing can be a great alternative to hiring a full-time (or even part-time) employee.

You will have more time. Time is one thing that most people can’t get enough of. By outsourcing some of your work, you are essentially giving yourself more time: time to work on your business, time for your family, time to relax and unwind.
