Our team is in-house and Texas-based: technicians, communications consultants, and client support. Not an outsourced call center. When you call, a real person answers.

Our job is not to sell you phone and Internet. Our goal is to help you fix or improve your business telecommunications.

    Adopts Metaswitch

    1stel adopts the Metaswitch Class 5 Softswitch, letting us run traditional landline and Internet-based (VoIP) phone service on one network that grows with demand.

    First Hosted PBX Goes Live

    The first customer goes live on our first-generation Hosted PBX system.

    1stel Private Cloud Launch

    Using Apache Cloudstack, 1stel launched its private cloud to fulfill growing demand for hosted services.
